1. Coverage and methods
We deliver nationwide via Yamato, Sagawa, Japan Post, or hand delivery at our office. eSIM QR codes are sent via Messenger or email.
2. Delivery time
Kanto orders typically arrive in 1–2 business days after payment and procedures (eKYC if required); other regions 2–4 days. eSIMs are usually sent within 24 hours.
3. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are shown clearly before payment and vary by region and method. Some plans include free-shipping offers.
4. Receiving and inspection
On delivery, please check the SIM/device is sealed and matches your order. Contact us immediately about any discrepancy.
